We’re CERT Trained

Coastal Postal is now CERT trained in San Clemente.  CERT, Community Emergency Response Team, is a national program designed to train members of the community to respond to an emergency. (Hey MaryAnne! front row 2nd from the left)

“CERT is a nationally recognized, proactive, and realistic approach to emergency and disaster situations where citizens like you can make a difference. You can become CERT trained too!  Check with your local City office to find out when they offer classes.  Katie Carpenter, MPA, is the Emergency Planning Coordinator for the City of San Clemente. Her no-nonsense approach and her warm, caring personality keep her classes interesting and informative from start to finish.
